1976 Shanna Jones born in Jozie, South Africa.
1994 Co-recipient of art award for best art student (St. Johns DSG) - used her book voucher prize to buy Vogue magazines.
1998 Graduates from Rhodes University with Bachelor Fine Art Honors majoring in painting & theory of art.
1999 Completes desktop publishing course learns Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Pagemaker, printing/typography & lay-out principles. Gets her first job at architectural firm Soundspacedesign as right-hand-man to Don Albert.
2001 Gets second job for trend forecasting company International Trend Information and learns about the world of fashion, design, retail & interior.
2002 Goes on her own as freelance fashion & interior stylist and gets tired of steaming and carrying suit bags, so decides to become a Cape Town wedding photographer instead.
